organization. In this presentation we will explore what it means to be a leader and leading from a place

of no positional power. We will also discuss developing relationships in preparation for future

management roles and how diversity and inclusion play a part in today’s leadership expectations.

What is infotainment and how can it be used in insurance investigations?  We will discuss what infotainment is and will describe the kinds of cases that SIUs are and can use infotainment data for.  After the data has been obtained, how is it used to aid in the investigation?   A case study will be presented and discussed.

The Internet has become a mainstay of everyday life. Almost every day, we are online in some

way or other, whether for work or play. Information is available instantly, and sometimes

overwhelming. Participants in this session will learn how to leverage internet searches for

investigations, and identify various sources of publicly available information. Participants will

also learn how to protect themselves, their privacy, and their wallets while surfing online.
